What if I need to cancel or change my order?

We do not accept order cancellations, changes, or refunds once an order has been processed. If you have entered the wrong shipping address please contact us ASAP, so we can correct it before your order is shipped.  If your order has already shipped, you will need to pay shipping costs again for us to re-send it, so please double check your address before putting in an order.

What if my billing and shipping addresses are not the same?

If your order or orders within the same day equals $20 or more, it is required that your shipping address is the same as your billing address. We suggest that you input the same shipping address as your billing address to ensure timely processing of your order. If your order is flagged as “high risk”, you will receive an email from our team to confirm your order. Please see our shipping policy for more information regarding shipping.


What happens when my order is returned to sender? 

Once your order is returned to sender, we will contact you via email to the same email address provided at checkout. If you’re requesting for your order to reship, you must purchase a reship fee. If you’d rather not have your order reshipped, we will issue a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost.


What method is used for shipping?

All packages are shipped USPS or UPS ONLY.


What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit cards and Paypal are accepted.


Will I be charged tax?

You will be taxed only if you have a Maryland shipping address.


How do I order wholesale?

Wholesale is not available at this time. Please check back for updates.


When will you restock a product?

We do not have a specific restock date. Please check back for updates. Be sure to follow our Instagram page @mocha_michele, where pictures, product information, giveaways, sales/coupon codes and general restock info is frequently added.


How should I store my products?

We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place. Avoid getting water in your product container. If you live in a hotter temperature area, please bring your products inside as soon as possible to avoid melting. 


Can you tell me about some of the ingredients you use?

Product ingredients are provided in the product descriptions. A full list of ingredients is listed in each product's description and on the label of your product. Please be sure to read that to make sure there are no ingredients you are sensitive or allergic to.  It's also recommended to do a test patch first.  If irritation occurs, discontinue use.  If you have any questions on specific ingredients send me an e-mail and I'd love to answer your questions.

If pregnant or nursing, or are concerned about a particular health condition, please consult your physician before using products containing essential oils. 


Can you tell me about the colorants you use?

All our colorants are skin-safe and can include micas, gel colors, powders, pigments or other natural colorants such as activated charcoal, madder root powder, spirulina powder, rose clay, indigo powder, etc.


What if I am allergic to an ingredient?

Please read product descriptions carefully and consult with a physician before using any of the products. We also suggest doing a skin test on a small patch of skin prior to use.
